Hello beloved SJ Community.

Our collective of Rainbow Warrior students are in final preparations for our 8th Ceremonial Gateway facilitated by Sacred Journeys. This is happening in just over 2 weeks from now, March 9 - 15th 2025.

Can you believe it - that this profound and life-changing gathering has been happening annually for the last 8 years! 

We certainly have created an enduring container of Twisted Hair Medicine Teachings on this continent...

Rainbow Warriors are truly gathering.

We have had students coming in from Mpumalanga, Joburg, the Cape and as far away as Sweden, Netherlands and Canada to participate in these profound ceremonies that are facilitated over this weeklong community immersion, one of which is Eagle Dance. 

Eagle Dance is a sacred and powerful Medicine Dance, where we invoke the messenger to spirit, Wombley-Gleesh-Kah, sacred Eagle into the Dance Arbour, at the centre of which is the Tree of Life. For 6 hours, each dancer offers prayers from the deepest parts of their being to the Tree of Life, and then dances with each prayer until they awaken within us, and we can let them go, to be carried on the wings of the Eagle, back to Great Spirit.

So what is Ceremonial Gateway actually? 

What happens during this weeklong immersion? 

And how do I get invited to join this life changing experience?

Well...

Ceremonial Gateway is the bridge between one cycle and the next. By opening this gateway, we activate and energize a powerful medicine wheel, a portal to welcome in hope and light, healing and transformation, personal, collective and planetary evolution.

Through this weeklong immersion, students get to experience 5 of the ancient gateway ceremonies that have been handed down from teacher to student. Kiva's and Vision Quests that guide the student through a review of everything that came before, a sober assessment of where they are at right now, and to seek insight into how to move forward.
